Pricing · demo-led

Priced around your team, not a seat count.

Several rivals lock you into per-seat licences and four-month rollouts. We’d rather scope it to your bid volume and get you estimating fast. Book a demo and we’ll price your real drawings, live — then talk numbers.

Public rate API

Embed rate lookups in your own tools.

Keyed /public/v1/ rate-search and pricing endpoints, metered by usage. For teams that want EstimateNext rates inside their own estimating stack.

// search rates, US basis
GET /public/v1/rates/search
?q=concrete+slab+6in&region=US
// → source-cited rate + confidence
{ "rate": 11.86, "unit": "sf",
  "source": "CA public-agency",
  "confidence": "high" }

Questions estimators actually ask

Do you charge per seat?
Per-org pricing is available — we don’t force a per-seat model. We scope it to your bid volume and team on the demo.
Is there a long implementation?
Onboarding is self-serve and fast — you can be estimating on a real set the same day. No mandatory multi-month rollout.
Where do the rates come from?
Real public-project cost data — US state-DOT awarded-bid histories, public government schedules of rates — plus refreshed market benchmarks, source-cited per line. The engine re-weights toward your own actuals as you use it.
Which regions does it support?
One engine spans the US (CSI/$), UK (NRM2/£), India (CPWD/₹) and the Gulf (FIDIC/AED) — currency, units, format and rate basis all follow the region you work in. Coverage is deepest in the US and India.
How does EstimateNext compare to CostX or RSMeans in terms of ROI?
CostX and RSMeans mostly speed up manual takeoff or hand you static cost books — you still price line by line. EstimateNext does the takeoff, matches source-cited rates and builds the estimate, so a bid that took days lands in minutes. Most teams recover the cost on the first few pursuits through faster turnaround and more bids covered — not another per-seat licence that sits idle between tenders.
What is included in each pricing tier?
Team covers a single estimating team: AI takeoff, source-cited rate matching, Rate Analysis build-ups, bid leveling, XLSX & GMP PDF exports and self-serve onboarding. Business adds all 7 specialist trade tools, Win-IQ pursuit intelligence, the Co-pilot, per-org pricing options and priority support. Enterprise adds SSO, roles & audit trail, public rate API access, custom rate-library configuration, implementation support and a security review. Figures are scoped to your volume on the demo.
Will the number hold up in a tender review?
That’s the point — every quantity traces to the drawing and every rate shows its build-up and source with a confidence badge. Rates are indicative; verify before tender.
